Essential oils have a very strong affinity with respiratory system and infections. These are the oils which from my research and experience inhibit a strong anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity on the respiratory system.

Anti-infectious essential oils can be utilized to prevent respiratory infections. Generally they are great to diffuse, in a personal inhaler and in a chest/upper back massage oil (1:1 dilution)
