Simple recipe for a relaxing body oil: 60 ml (2oz)
Jojoba Oil - 45 ml
Red Raspberry Seed oil - 6 ml
Rosehip Oil - 6 ml
3 ml essential oils of your choice
Some of the relaxing essential oils:
Lavender, Sacred Frankincense, Wild Orange, Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage, Bergamot.
