How to use:

3. Vitamin C Serum can be applied morning or evening. Press a few drops gently into the skin.

Roman Chamomile essential oil features a calming scent that promotes relaxation during your nighttime routine. SUGGESTED USES

• Diffuse this oil to freshen the air, especially in rooms where children play or study.

• Apply Roman Chamomile to the bottoms of feet before bed as part of your family’s evening routine.

• Dilute it with any carrier oil like Jojoba oil for a calming back massage before naps or bed.

• Add 4–5 drops to 1 cup Epsom salt for a calming bath as part of an evening routine.

DIRECTIONS:

Topical: Apply 2–4 drops to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
